Arun Kumar Gupta, I.P.S. (Retd.), B.Sc, LLB, LLM and LLM in International Criminal Law from Sussex University UK, a professional and experienced Police Officer having administrative experience of 35 years with the State Government and Central Bureau of Investigation, who has supervised the work of INTERPOL division and assisted international investigations including Letter of Rogatory and extradition matters and also been part of the Governmental Delegation to negotiate treaties on the subject in USA and France. He has also served as the Head (Director General) of the prison department of West Bengal for 5 years. Strong knowledge of laws and bye-laws to implement organizational policy, Court matters civil, criminal and constitutional.
Shashanka Shekar Dey, B.A., LLB worked in Kolkata Police for 35 years. Since 2009 enrolled as advocate and practicing at the High Court, Calcutta and deals with the matters involving Civil, Criminal and Writ Jurisdictions includes Company Law, Customs, Excise, and Revenue.
